About me...
I was born and raised in Los Angeles, earned my undergraduate degree and MBA from Pepperdine University, and eventually made my way across the country to North Carolina. In 2014, I founded Food Seen, a marketing agency rooted in food, beverage and hospitality.
Over the years, my work expanded into CPG, manufacturing, agriculture, ag tech, tableware, housewares, e-commerce and plenty of things that
don't fit neatly into a category. I've worked with businesses around the corner and organizations around the world. Today, I’m also a commercial real estate broker, which turns out to be a natural extension of spending years thinking about businesses, communities and the places where they thrive.
Along the way, I’ve become increasingly involved in the community I now call home. I serve on the board of the Downtown Raleigh Alliance,
have mentored entrepreneurs through the NC State Entrepreneurship Clinic for nearly a decade, and am currently a member of Leadership Raleigh Class 54. I’ve also spoken and taught at universities, industry conferences and community organizations, and have been a member of the North Carolina chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier.

After 12 years of building, growing and evolving Food Seen, it’s time for a fresh start.
FS & Co. brings together more than 20 years of experience in marketing, entrepreneurship and business building, with consulting and advisory work at the center.
My experience spans restaurants, consumer packaged goods, e-commerce, importing, tableware, housewares and hospitality, working alongside business owners and teams around the world. Along the way, I’ve built deep expertise in marketing, social media, PR, photography, brand positioning and customer experience, while also learning firsthand what it takes to build, operate and evolve a business.
That experience now allows me to work more broadly. While food and hospitality will always be part of my world, FS & Co. is not limited by industry. I work collaboratively with businesses to look at what they’re doing, identify what could be stronger, solve problems, uncover possibilities and help determine what comes next.
I’m also continuing to selectively work in social media, PR and photography, while expanding my work in commercial real estate through Maverick Partners.
FS & Co. is the culmination of everything I’ve done, built and learned, and a new way for me to put that experience to work.
